Custom Geopolymer Order

Overview

Design your own geopolymer system using GPI customizable order platform. Select your preferred weight, reactivity range, and color tone to match the demands of your project—from art castings and countertop panels to architectural blocks or experimental casting trials.

This flexible system uses three pre-measured components,

Part A (metakaolin powder), Part B (liquid reagent), and Part C (hardener)—formulated for optimal performance and ease of use.

Under normal conditions, the ratio for mortar to cement will make one part cement to 1.5-2 parts sand

for 2.5-3 total weight, and one part cement to 2.5-3 parts rock and sand for 3.5-4 total weight

No hazardous chemicals, no specialized equipment—just safe, clean materials ready to blend with your own aggregate or fillers. Clean up with fresh/salt water

Once submitted, our lab will assemble your kit and provide:

  • Parts A, B & C in calibrated ratios
  • Printed instructions
  • Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each part
  • Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for your selected formulation
